Armstrong Teasdale is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join its Legal Talent team. The Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for providing operational support to the firm’s recruiting functions across all firm offices. The ideal candidate will bring positivity, critical thinking skills, and strong work ethic to the team and deliver on team objectives with exceptional service.

- Identifies interviewers, coordinates schedules, arranges travel, and distributes interview evaluations for all attorney interviews (coordinating with multiple interviewers and candidate schedules) and provide administrative support during the recruitment process.
- Follow-up with candidates during the recruiting and onboarding processes to ensure an exceptional lateral experience.
- Oversees the accuracy of all attorney recruiting job boards including LinkedIn, Armstrongteasdale.com, bar associations, etc.
- Ensures all recruiting processes are followed to allow for proper job postings and job offers.
- Works closely with the recruiting team to organize and administer the team’s recruiting checklists and processes.
- Maintains recruiting files and possible hire files for accuracy and easy navigation.
- Contributes to the planning and execution of summer associate recruiting and the summer associate program including pre-arrival and orientation activities, event planning, and administrative support for work allocation and evaluation process.
- Assists with recruiting event planning such as law school receptions, interview lunches, etc.
- Works with the team to identify interviewers, coordinates the interview schedules and compiles and distributes interviewer evaluations related to law student recruiting.
- Maintains and updates OCI (On-Campus Interview) materials.
- Provides support for law school liaison roles, including tracking correspondence, assisting with event logistics, and facilitating communications with the law school community.
- Creates, updates, and maintains departmental process documents.
- Coordinates payment of various recruitment fees including placement fees and referral bonuses; processes and reconciles all payments including Firm Visa account and other check requests/expenses.
- Supports the development of an appropriate budget for office recruiting efforts.
- Provides administrative support to the Firm’s hiring committee.

Preferred Education: Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience
Preferred Experience: 2+ years of law firm recruiting experience, preferably in a national firm
